Submit Your Wildlife Video Clips And Win

Have You Filmed An African Wildlife Video?

So you went on a game drive somewhere in Africa and were fortunate enough to get some amazing footage of the animals there.

In addition to preserving the memory of the experience, why not allow your video to win you a prize? And get the expert commentary of a safari guide added to the clip to provide context, background and depth to your sighting.

Every month, the guide who is providing the narration for the clips chooses the two that stand out the most. The first prize is a Blur Banisher Beanbag and the second is a self-drive or guided-safari app, depending on your preference.

The clips aren't judged on their technical prowess, so it doesn't matter if they are slightly blurred, jumpy or lower quality resolution. You don't need to be an expert videographer or have the best equipment.

The important thing is the subject, does the video contain unusual behaviour, a rare animal, unique interaction between species, tell a story etc. If you are excited about your clip, the chances are good that we will also be, so don't be shy to submit.

Submitting your African wildlife video clip is as easy as spotting an impala in the Kruger Park. Simply complete the form with your name and email address and then upload your video.

Make sure your e-mail address is correct so that we can let you know if your video has been accepted or rejected, and also to inform you of the results at the end of the month. Also cast your eye over the terms and conditions so that you know what to expect.

By clicking on the send button to upload your clip, you agree to the terms and conditions and the Staycation Safari privacy policy.

The Sighting Quality Is More Important Than The Technique Or Video Quality

So you filmed an amazing wildlife video, but it was shaky and blurry in places, and the sound was bad and the footage quality was low. No problem, submit it anyway. The subject is the most important part, regardless of the technical quality.

Permission To Monetize

None of Staycation Safaris media channels are monitized, so we don't earn anything from your submission. But if we do monitize in future you give permission to allow it for your clip on our channels.

Prizes Are Awarded Every Month

You can only enter the same video clip once to be eligible to win a prize, but you can enter as many different clips as you have. If your clip(s) are accepted, they will be eligible to win a prize in the month they were submitted.
